If you become a client messages and information relevant to your matter may be added to your client file and are then handled under attorney client confidentiality privilege and applicable law.

This service is intended only for individuals aged 18 or older residing in the United States. By participating, you confirm you meet these criteria.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. SMS data is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy and Main Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your SMS information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. All data is stored securely and used only to deliver the services described above.
7. Security
BKHC uses commercially reasonable methods to protect your information, but cannot guarantee security in transit over wireless networks.
8. Disclaimers
BKHC does not guarantee message delivery or availability of the SMS service at all times
Messages may be delayed or undelivered due to carrier or technical issues outside our control
BKHC is not liable for losses or damages related to missed, delayed, or undelivered messages
9. Changes to Terms
BKHC may revise these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program constitutes acceptance of any changes. Material changes will be posted to this page and/or notified via SMS.
